Cancellation Policy

You may reschedule or receive a refund  (minus fees) for your session up to 24 hours in advance.  No refunds will be issued for any missed appointments. or cancelations within the 24 hour window.  Late arrivals will not be allowed to enter the room. You will need to wait until the next available appt.  Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.

Clothing

 Socks will be provided if you do not want to walk on the salt. Sanitary wipes are provided for those who wish to go barefoot.   We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to relax—think cozy layers or lounge wear. The cave stays cool and quiet, so bring a sweater or light jacket if you tend to get chilly.

Age Limits

Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. To ensure a peaceful experience for all, children under 12 are not permitted in the salt cave unless the entire room is reserved for a private group session and you feel comfortable the child can remain reverent the entire session.

Cell phones and Drinks

These items are not permitted inside the salt cave to preserve the peaceful environment and protect the space. For your convenience, we provide secure lockers for personal items during your session.
